Payment Options
Dr. Gile’s Dental Practice accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If payments are made in full at the time of service, a 5% discount is applied for cash or check payments and a 3% discount will be applied if paying by credit card. The practice also accepts CareCredit (a medical line of credit that some patients have). Because of fees, no discounts are available if paying by CareCredit.
Dr. Gile requires a 50% down payment for any treatment not paid in full on the day of the service. Patients are billed monthly for any unpaid balances. 60 days (2 billing cycles) are without finance charges. After 60 days a standard 18% annual finance charge is applied on the unpaid balance.
All financial arrangements are set up and confirmed directly with patients for each specific treatment plan. Any modifications to the practice’s financial policies are made on an individual basis.
Dr. Gile’s staff will kindly provide insurance receipts for patients to file with their dental insurance plans for any benefits available. They will also provide the insurance companies with any information they require to improve the chances of receiving the appropriate reimbursement.
